彈簧的長度是根據你需要的頂料力（壓料力）壓力源的大小以及行程來定的，彈簧分為輕載、中載、重載，根據使用頻次（壽命），壓縮值不同，你選擇的彈簧的壓縮值一般比行程大（豐田比行程小2mm），沖頭包括：沖頭、凹模套、沖頭固定板、墊板，一般選擇沖頭高度為80（90），沖頭高度和彈簧長度沒有明確的關系

我看見有許多沖壓模具都有上承板，又有很多沒有。這是怎么回事？ 上承板油什么作用？

上承板其實是一個增加的板，作用如名字，就是起一個承接的作用，要加上承板的情況有一下幾種。

一，當模具的閉模高度低于沖床的閉模高度的時候，這時候如果單純的將下模墊高的話，可能會影響工人的操作（太高了，取放件不方便），這個時候，就在上模座上增加幾個上墊腳，再加一個上承板。

二，當模具需要的彈簧較多的時候，那樣夾板和墊板的強度將很差，所以就在上模座上增加一個彈簧箱結果，這時侯就要用到上承板了

一般是根據模具結構初選彈簧數量（2~4個，結構允許時可選6個），用總卸料力除以初選的彈簧個數，得出每個彈簧應用的預壓力，再根據預壓力選彈簧規(guī)格（應使彈簧極限壓力大于預壓力，一般取預壓力的1.5~2倍），再計算預壓力作用下預壓縮量（預壓縮量=預壓力/極限壓力），最后校核最大允許壓縮量是否大于實際總壓縮量（預壓縮量+卸料板工作行程+工作零件刃磨量）。
