并不是每個模具都是九塊模板的,一般應(yīng)用在連續(xù)模中,也是因設(shè)計而定,一般告訴連續(xù)模才為九塊板,其他的都是八塊板.多出來那塊是上蓋板,主要做壓彈簧用.如果彈簧壓縮夠時無須此板.模板從上到下排列:1:上模座,主要起固定上部分模具到?jīng)_床上用,多為A3鐵料.分辨方法主要是看材料是不是鐵料,上面是不是有模柄孔或者碼模槽.2:上墊板,主要起保護(hù)上模座和加強彈簧壓縮用.多為CR12等鋼料,須熱處理分辨方法是上面只有彈簧孔和螺絲過孔,厚度一般為12-20之間,屬于模板里面最簡單最好忍的那塊.3:公夾板,此板也叫固定板,主要起固定導(dǎo)柱沖裁成型等零件用,材料多為A3,分辨方法是看材料是不是鐵料,一般上面有彈簧孔和螺絲孔,和導(dǎo)柱沖裁成型等零件沉頭扣位.4脫料墊板.又稱限位板,主要起固定脫料板零件和控制彈簧壓縮用,材料為CE12等鋼料,須熱處理.一般厚度為12-20.5脫料板,主要起脫料和導(dǎo)正并固定成型等工件用.材料為CR12或SDK11等鋼料,須熱處理.識別方法為上面有料槽,有引導(dǎo)針,有鑲件.6下模板,主要起成型和分離材料用,材料為CR12 D2和SKD11等多種鋼料,須熱處理.分辨法為板上有很多鑲件,有很多導(dǎo)正定位等零件.7下墊板,主要起加強保護(hù)下模座用,材料是CR12等鋼料,須熱處理.分辨法是厚度為12-20,屬于熱處理板8下模座.主要起固定正個下半部模具用,多為A3鐵料.主要識別法為材質(zhì)是鐵料,厚度為整套模具里最厚一塊,大小也為最大,并有碼模曹等!

310S溫度超過800℃時，許用應(yīng)力開始持續(xù)降低，最高使用溫度1200℃，但不建議使用到這么高的溫度，會影響性能，具體還要結(jié)合使用工況。在介紹下inconnel600和inconel601吧，在溫度方面是高于310S的 ，不過價格也貴。

310S介紹：310S不銹鋼具有良好的耐高溫性，溫度超過800℃時，開始軟化，許用應(yīng)力開始持續(xù)降低，最高使用溫度1200℃。因鎳(Ni)、鉻(Cr)含量高，具有良好耐氧化、耐腐蝕、耐酸堿、耐高溫性能，耐高溫鋼管專用于制造電熱爐管等場合，奧氏體型不銹鋼中增加碳的含量后，由于其固溶強化作用使強度得到提高，奧氏體型不銹鋼的化學(xué)成分特性是以鉻、鎳為基礎(chǔ)添加鉬、鎢、鈮和鈦等元素，由于其組織為面心立方結(jié)構(gòu)，因而在高溫下有高的強度和蠕變強度。

310S應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有：石油、電子、化工、醫(yī)藥、輕紡、食品、機械、建筑、核電、航空航天、軍工等行業(yè)。

該合金是鎳-鉻-鐵基固溶強化合金，具有良好的耐高溫腐蝕和抗氧化性能、優(yōu)良的冷熱加工和焊接性能，在700℃以下具有滿意的熱強性和高的塑性。合金可以通過冷加工得到強化，也可以用電阻焊、溶焊或釬焊連接，適宜制作在1100℃以下承受低載荷的抗氧化零件。

Inconel600 金相組織結(jié)構(gòu)：

該合金在1120℃處理2h，僅有TiN氮化物和Cr7C3型碳化物，在870℃經(jīng)1500℃ ??????長期時效后，組織中仍然是Cr7C3和TiN，說明該合金的組織是穩(wěn)定的。

Inconel600工藝性能與要求：

1、 該合金具有良好的熱加工性能，鋼錠鍛造加熱溫度1110℃～1140℃。

2、 該合金的晶粒度平均尺寸與鍛件的變形程度、終鍛溫度密切相關(guān)。

3、合金具有良好的焊接性能，可原電弧焊、氬弧焊、電阻焊和釬焊等各種方法連接，大型或復(fù)雜的焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件在溶焊后應(yīng)在870℃退火1h，以消除焊接應(yīng)力。

4、合金須在熱處理之后進(jìn)行機加工，由于材料的加工硬化，因此宜采用比加工低合金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)奧氏體不銹鋼低的切削速度和重進(jìn)刀進(jìn)行加工，才能車入已冷作硬化的表層下面。

Inconel 601簡介：

Inconel 601，一種鎳基合金材料。高溫時具有出色的抗氧化性，很好的抗碳化性，能很好的抗氧化性含硫氣氛，在室溫和高溫時都具有很好的機械性，能很好的耐應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂性能，由于控制了碳含量和晶粒尺寸，601有較高的蠕變斷裂強度，因此在 500℃以上的領(lǐng)域推薦使用601。

Inconel 601具有以下特性：
